Within systematic theology it is possible always to have ultimate and immediate foundational res for different loci. ![]() The arrangement of doctrines in the description is significant in the enterprise not only in terms of the presentational form of the doctrine offered, but also in terms of the material dogmatic content. Systematic theology is a theological discipline which involves not only the rational explication of the Christian gospel through description, reflection and critique of the church’s teaching, but also the selective placement, arrangement and locating of doctrinal loci within the theological description offered. ![]()
